This month, the Boston Business Journal (BBJ) featured ZyloTech in an industry article, MIT-born Zylotech launches customer-data technology.
Founder Abhi Yadav spoke to the BBJ about Zylotech technology, which “makes use of machine learning algorithms to integrate a company’s customer data from multiple sources as quickly as possible.”
“We were really obsessed with this problem of why people spend so much money on customer acquisition,” Yadav told Technology Reporter, Kelly J. O’Brien. He noted that the majority of every company’s revenue comes from existing customers, and Zylotech aims to make current customers even more profitable.
